Meet the team

Edna Z. Guzman is the co-founder of the Neuroscience & Wellness Institute (formerly EG Consulting Group), where she works as a consultant in Organizational Development, Human Resources, and Neurocoaching, among other areas. She has dedicated over 20 years of her professional career to the manufacturing and service industries, where she has contributed in various roles.

Additionally, Edna is one of the founders of Hacienda Renacer de Lares Inc., where she works as a Neurocoach, providing a variety of services focused on personal transformation.

She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Science, Organization, and Management with a concentration in Industrial Engineering. She also pursued continuing education from Harvard University in the Program of Negotiation and Managing Difficult People. She holds certifications in Senior Professional Human Resources, Neurocoaching, Master NLP, and Quality Six Sigma.

President of the Puerto Rico Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) for 2021.
