Meet the team

Isaiah Cortes is the co-founder of Neuroscience & Wellness Institute (formerly EG Consulting Group), where he serves as neurocoach, mentor and Operational Excellence consultant (Six Sigma – Lean Manufacturing) among other areas. He is a licensed professional engineer with certifications in Neurocoaching, Six Sigma, and trainer. He earned a bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering. He is the author of the book ” El Burro y el Caballo – Escenarios de vida con perspectivas diferentes”.

Additionally, Isaiah is one of the founders of Hacienda Renacer de Lares Inc., where he works as a Neurocoach, providing a variety of services focused on personal transformation.

His consulting includes Neurocoaching, Continuous Improvement, Organizational Development, and Project Management. He also provides a variety of trainings, workshops, and talks.
Among the companies where he contributed are: General Instruments, General Electric, Eaton Electric, Schering Plough, Procter & Gamble, Warren Electric and Amgen.
